A graduate of Tourism and Hotel Management, Muharrem speaks English, Russian, and German at an advanced level, allowing him to communicate effectively with travelers from different parts of the world and understand their expectations firsthand.

Born and raised in Turkey, İlayda Özdemir Sapounidis is a professional licensed tour guide specializing in cultural, historical, and heritage tours throughout Istanbul and Turkey.
She provides guided experiences in English and Turkish, speaks advanced French, has intermediate Spanish proficiency, and is currently expanding her language skills by studying Greek.
İlayda has a strong academic and professional interest in Ottoman and Byzantine history, architecture, and cultural heritage.
