   Great agency, just a little busy at the docks

   The agency is very professional and Uğur helped us with everything. The tour schedule was beautiful. The only downside was that the boarding area for the cruise was crowded, which delayed us slightly. However, the agency's service itself was top quality.

   Overall a great tour with a very knowledgeable guide. We visited all the main sights and learned so much about Istanbul's rich history. Some sites were crowded during peak hours but that is expected. Our guide managed the timing well. Would still highly recommend!
